..The professional services of a partner of a CPA firm (NYC or LI). All accounting work is prepared by our treasurer, Charles Morris, CPA. However, we need an independent CPA (pro bono) to review the year end work and prepare a comparative compiled financial statement and to review the 990 and NYS CHAR500 tax returns prior to filing.This is a significant and important way to make a contribution to Madison's Alumni Association. Many projects are in the works for the school and students. Recently, we sent a group of seniors on a bus to Cambridge, Mass. to visit MIT and Harvard. We are in the process of refurbishing all the old blackboards with new whiteboards. Our New Project: We have contracted with Harris Connect, the publisher of our 2006 Madison Directory, to publish a new issue. This is a project that will take about a year to complete, during which time, Harris will be contacting our alumni to add or update their information.
